Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and add your selected products that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK pounds or your own currency.
We accept payment with MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and Solo.
Shipping And Handling Guide
For delivery in the UK, orders can be shipped using Parcel Post, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Courier Service. Prices will be those ruling at the order date. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment.
For delivery to the UK:
All delivery charges are subject to change.
Parcels: 3.50
Royal Mail Recorded: 4.75
Courier service: 7.50
For delivery in Europe:
Parcels can only be sent via courier. The delivery cost will be calculated based on which zone the parcel is being delivered to; please see the pricing matrix below. Please note, your country may require you to pay an import charge for your Products. Cranley Creams LLP is not liable for these charges. We would advise you to check this before placing your order.

Delivery Guide
We will deliver your Products in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.
UK - depending on method selected, allow up to 7 working days
Europe - Estimated 7 - 10 working days
Rest of World - Estimated 10 - 14 working days
Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.
Cranley Creams LLP do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. From the time we commence delivery of the Products, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to a) exercise your right of cancellation; and b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.
Back Orders
If your Product is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Cancellation
Orders are usually processed on the same day they are placed. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you are asked to phone us on +44 (0) 1635 565 000, stating your customer number and order details (including order number) in all communications.
